  • Proactively reached out to potential candidates, persuasively pitching the benefits and opportunities offered by Urban Company, overcoming objections, and inviting them for interviews.

  • Conducted in-depth interviews to assess candidates' knowledge of nail art and practical skills, ensuring the selection of high-caliber professionals.

  • Managed the training process, including aligning selected candidates into batches, monitoring their progress, and reinforcing the company's values and image.

  • Successfully facilitated the sale of a €400 kit to candidates, showcasing exceptional negotiation and communication skills, resulting in approximately 30 conversions.

  • Garnered recognition from the Vice President of the company for transforming the department by recruiting quality professionals who willingly invested in the company's offerings.

  • Orchestrated the onboarding process for new hires on the company's live platform, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
